About Liam Clark

With a strong foundation as a fully qualified automotive technician, I’ve worked with brands like Audi, Toyota, and Lexus, gaining hands-on experience in diagnostics, high-voltage systems, and complex repairs. My time in the industry not only sharpened my technical expertise but also reinforced the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous development. Now, as a Technical Assessor Coach at Inspiro Learning, I support and mentor a caseload of over 60 apprentice technicians across the automotive sector. I guide them through their qualifications, help them develop essential skills, and build the confidence they need to thrive in a fast-moving industry. Through regular progress reviews, structured support, and real-world insights, I aim to shape capable, well-rounded professionals ready for long-term success. I have taken on additional responsibility to help support the wider team, including a permanent increase in caseload and contributing to the consistency of training delivery during times of change. Looking ahead, I am keen to continue developing my skills and take on greater responsibility so that I can make a broader impact on learner outcomes and team development. Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner with a strong interest in science, especially physics and engineering. I enjoy exploring how things work, from particle interactions to space exploration, and bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm into the way I coach and support others.
