I follow a methodical growth marketing playbook and approach to experimentation that has enabled me to generate predictable, repeatable, and scalable growth for every business I have helped. I have a wealth of stakeholder management experience with over +5 years reporting directly to C-suite executives and the board, and am an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude - known for being able to unpick even the most complex of tasks. I enjoy working with early stage start-ups, scale ups and SMEs to build, run and scale marketing activities impacting metrics that matter - growing customer acquisition, while delivering long term sustainable revenue growth. Oftentimes I am the first marketing hire, and because of this have built a repeatable process for building, scaling and coaching high performing in-house marketing teams.
