I am a passionate and transformational leader at BT, with a purpose built towards leading teams and engaging with logistics customers globally in digitalisation. I have a passion for motivating the teams around me with a vision and direction. Customer Success is at the forefront of my approach, building partnerships and collaborating to deliver. I have enjoyed the past 15 years in the Telecommunications and IT industry having lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Asia and now the Netherlands. This journey, combined with my broader experience as a Non-Exec Director, business owner and Royal Navy officer, has supported my passion for leading teams to achieve success for our customer and the businesses I represent. I aim to look back on my career having created cultures where teams achieve major transformational objectives, advanced the technology evolution of the organisations I represent and supported my personal ambition to explore the world.
