About Liam Doherty

I am a manager with extensive industry experience, across the Financial Services, Informational Technology, & Food sectors. In my current role I have demonstrated leadership, people management skills and an ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level, while ensuring that capacity and capability are continually planned. As a PM, I am skilled in all phases of project management from eliciting business requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting technical specifications through to managing multi-functional teams to deliver complex solutions, while constantly communicating with both internal and external stakeholders across all organisational levels. Academically I obtained a ‘Masters in Project Management’ from the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick and I am a PMP® certified Project Manager.
