About Liam Dominguez

As a Community Association Manager at FirstService Residential, I have been involved in fostering vibrant communities across Central Florida since 2020. Managing a diverse portfolio of fourteen community associations over time where I have performed a wide range of tasks, such as ensuring smooth operations, mediating conflicts, managing staff, and improving the overall quality of life for community members with a dedication to optimizing systems and leadership. Since 2022, I have also been immersed in the dynamic world of real estate, where I have forged lasting relationships with clients and guided them through their homeownership journey. I have had the honor of working for a globally renowned organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction and social responsibility. This experience has enhanced my social skills as I have supported buyers and sellers in making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. With the guidance of UCF professors under two scholarships, I embarked on an academic journey that went beyond personal pursuits and explored music’s societal impact. As a section leader and solo performer in the University of Central Florida Symphony Orchestra and forum programs, I graduated from this program with a bachelor’s degree and with an understanding of music’s remarkable power to weave diverse human emotions into a shared time and space. Today, I have chosen to continue my tenure as a UCF student, embarking on an academic master's degree program working towards a degree in applied Sociology.
