ABOUT LIAM I am a Senior Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in FMCG, Insurance, Finance, Fintech, and Infrastructure organisations across both Private and Public Sectors. TECHNICAL & MANAGERIAL I’ve worked in most roles from Junior Developer to Senior Programme Manager with a 13-year specialisation in delivering Data Programmes and projects. My technical foundation means I can span the gap allowing me to talk to both the technical teams and the board members. TEAM BUILDER I’m a proven manager of people and have described myself as the glue sticking the technical people together, this has allowed me to build and develop international teams with up to 70 people resulting in me being recognised as “one of the stars to get stuff done in challenging circumstances”. METHODOLOGIES I am highly experienced and fully qualified in Agile (A-CSM), and Waterfall (MSP Practitioner) methodologies, I have developed and implemented Risk and Change Management methodologies and Stakeholder Management methodologies.
