About Liam Fleming

Exciting, engaging and motivating Teacher of Physical Education currently in post at Vision International, with 3 years of teaching experience. I graduated from Glasgow University, Scotland's top ranked university, with a BA Hons (2:1) in Sports Development & Coaching and a PGDE in Physical Education from The University of the West of Scotland. Attending a variety of coaching courses and achieving a number of qualifications in a number of activities that include Volleyball, Badminton, Handball and HeartStart have influenced and strengthened my teaching and learning in the class and relationships with pupils in extra curricular clubs. I build and maintain positive relationships with pupils in a number of ways - the development of strong and differentiated resources and the organisation of strong, regular and purposeful extra curricular clubs and supported study sessions. My involvement in whole school activities has strengthened relationships as I am able to interact with pupils in settings, out with the PE department, such as school shows,"Strictly Come Dancing" events, school trips and school wide curriculum days (Citizenship, Health & Wellbeing, Eco days).
