I currently serve as an Ecommerce Vendor Expansion Specialist, supporting the development and onboarding of international gift card partners for one of the world’s fastest-growing social recognition and continuous performance management platforms. Recently, I was promoted into a 10-month secondment as a Senior Ecommerce Specialist, a role that reflects my continued growth within the company. In this new position, I’m focused on advancing our EMEA strategy—expanding existing partnerships and sourcing new ones to enhance our global gift card assortment. I work closely with cross-functional teams and our Category Management group to drive innovation and deliver value to our users.
