I am an accomplished energy risk management professional who has performed roles in forecasting and business transformation. I currently manage a team that lead in demand forecasting for the entire retail portfolio enabling the business to implement hedging strategies and develop robust financial plans. I have project managed and facilitated change in large scale system and business processes delivering forecasting models for Npower and my interest and experience in change management has led me to source, partially fund and find success in relevant qualifications such as AgilePM Practitioner and Foundation (APMG) and Professional Scrum Master 1. I am passionate about building, leading and coaching high performing teams and delivered a business transformation programme to roll out New Ways of Working aligned to lean principles across a business division.I have experience in running my own business that has delivered music and food events both in the UK and internationally for up to customers.
