I'm Liam, a dynamic professional with a passion for operations and a strong foundation in business. I earned my BSc in Business Management in 2022 and recently completed my educational journey with an MSc in Operations and Logistics, achieving a distinction. My journey into operations began as an Operations Manager within an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), where I honed my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also briefly took on the role of Human Resource Manager within a different Delivery Service Partner (DSP), gaining a holistic perspective of business operations. During my academic years, I had the privilege of serving as the Vice President of the university's business society, where I fostered a sense of community among students and organised events that bridged the gap between academia and real-world business. My key strengths include leadership, effective communication, active listening, and a knack for intuition, which I believe are essential in the field of operations. My career goals are set on becoming an Operations Management expert and ultimately achieving the role of Chief Operations Officer. I'm always eager to connect with fellow professionals, share insights, and explore collaboration opportunities.
