About Liam Krueger
I am a registered pharmacist and PhD candidate at The University of Queensland School of Pharmacy, studying 3D printed pharmaceuticals. I graduated from the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) degree from UQ in 2020 and began a PhD part time, while practising as an intern pharmacist through 2021. Since transitioning to a full time PhD in 2022, I still work part time as a registered pharmacist but focus primarily on research. My experience in this field of research lies mostly with using hot melt extrusion to create drug-loaded filament, which can then be 3D printed through fused deposition modelling into a customisable tablet.
