Background

About Liam Lawson

I am a Sophomore Electrical Engineering student at Purdue University concentrating in AI and Machine Learning. I am motivated by curiosity for how technology can solve complex problems and improve everyday systems. My interests span embedded systems, data and machine learning, and modern software development.I have gained experience through internships, technical projects, and leadership roles where I contributed to solutions that combined programming, data analysis, and hardware. Along the way, I have built strong skills in Python, C, C#, TypeScript, SQL, and industry tools such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, MongoDB Atlas, AWS, and Unity. What excites me most is the opportunity to keep learning and applying what I know in new contexts. I thrive in collaborative environments, I enjoy tackling open-ended problems, and I bring persistence and adaptability to my work.I am open to internships in engineering, computer science, or data-driven technology where I can keep growing my technical abilities and make meaningful contributions.
