About Liam Lesser
Growing up I would watch the Kratt brothers and Steve Irwin on TV which lead to my dream, which is to care and nurture for both domestic and wildlife animals. These past years I began contributing to this dream. I started off on this journey in 2022 by volunteering at Kingston Road Animal Hospital, which propelled my interests in small animal medicine. Last summer I began working at Leslieville Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant to which then after a few months I got transferred to Kingston Road Animal Hospital. That same summer I also began volunteering at Eastview Equestrian Centre while shadowing at VCA Canada Scarborough Animal Hospital. I just began working at the Toronto Zoo and I am passionate, curious, and caring and looking to expand my knowledge in the field of animal medicine.
