About Liam McBean

A career spanning 12 years in diverse high-performance environments. I thrive when I am being frequently challenged, consistently expanding on knowledge and helping others to find their purpose. In recent times, I have been apart of an exciting growth journey at EGM Partners in an evolving role. I have assisted the business in expanding its capability and reach from a recruitment perspective, as well as establishing our brand in the Technology sector. Currently, I am responsible for a multi-disciplined team that specialise across the Technology, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Construction domains. Outside of full time work, I also play for the Glenelg Tigers in the SANFL in a semi-professional capacity - after a stint at the Richmond Tigers in the AFL that began out of high school. This too has been a growth journey across 12 years, culminating in SANFL premiership success in 2019, 2023 and 2024 for Glenelg, as well as elevation into leadership and captaincy across these years. I am passionate about understanding connection and values alignment, in terms of it's ability to build strong, healthy and sustainable cultural environments.
