With over ten years of experience in the banking industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the Enterprise Performance function at Bank of New Zealand (BNZ). As a certified public accountant (CPA) with a background in software engineering, I leverage my skills in business analysis, databases, and software development to deliver data-driven insights, solutions, and strategies that support the bank's vision, values, and goals. In my current role as the Head of Enterprise Performance, I work with senior executives, business partners, and stakeholders across the organisation to enable effective decision making, optimize resource allocation, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth. In my previous roles at BNZ, I managed various components of the finance services and operations team, and led the planning and forecasting function, where I contributed to the successful implementation of multiple projects, initiatives, and systems that improved the bank's performance, reporting, and compliance. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices that can help me and my team deliver excellence and innovation to the bank and its customers.
