Experienced loyalty marketer leading the loyalty strategy at THE ICONIC, Australias leading online fashion retailer, An innovative, analytical and collaborative customer loyalty professional with managerial experience in transformation & strategy, customer loyalty and business development at Asda (UK's third largest supermarket chain). Prior to a short career break ahead of my move to Sydney, I held a number of managerial roles at ASDA (UK's third largest supermarket chain). My most recent role was 'Partnerships and Business Development Manager' responsible for the strategic and commercial expansion of the 'Asda Rewards' loyalty program (>6 million active members). My experience in customer loyalty extends this as in 2021, I successfully led the commercial strategy, delivery and rollout of Asda's first loyalty program. Previously the 'Transformation and Strategy Manager' responsbile for partnering and consulting with the executive board (c-suite) of the Asda non-food business (George clothing and General Merchandise) to deliver its end-to-end transformation strategy. Having earned a first-class honours degree from the University of Leeds alongside the running of my own clothing start up business (My Body Is A Templee), I completed Asda’s commercial leadership graduate scheme early being promoted into managerial positions since.
