I'm currently a Parts Advisor for Tesla. I provide support and organise parts to the Chelmsford service centre and other Tesla service centres across the UK. My role requires strong organisational skills and time management. Working in Tesla is a very fast paced environment that has high standards and requires a lot of adaptability to maintain those high standards. Along with bringing parts in and out of the service centre, my role entails having stock counted and maintained to a high degree. Planning what stock is required for the centre and changing channel planning for parts required. Maintaining high standards in Quarterly KPI's. Organising parts for return. I am also forklift trained to load and unload lorries and van deliveries/collections. Along with various other tasks. As an Administrator at Avon Freight Group, I supported the Warehouse and Logistics operations by handling enquiries, bookings, and warehouse stock for goods in and out. I have been working in this fast-paced and dynamic environment for over a year and a half, and I am eager to learn and take on new challenges. I am also Adobe ACE certified and currently studying Web design. I have knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite.
