I work with people to help them achieve their goals, grow and build resilience that enhances business and personal performance. I help my clients clarify their purpose by shining a light on their strengths through a collaborative process of creative planning and action that is in line with their values and supports the pathway they decide to take. Its also about managing those interferences we all encounter on a daily basis. As a business & executive coach, I build rapport in a confidential process that supports and provides challenge where required. It creates awareness and will facilitate change, if that is necessary, which will then enable the client to find their next best step and to take this step in a skillful and effective way. Completed Higher Diploma in Coaching and Coaching Psychology in UCC Hons(1st) in 2018 and have just completed MSc in Personal and Management Coaching in UCC Hons(1st) in 2020. Qualified in Ability & Personality Assessment with the British Psychological Society 2019. I was formerly an experienced financial services professional having been actively involved in Business Banking, Branch Banking, Human Resource Management and Credit underwriting over a varied career within Bank of Ireland Group.
