About Liam Pavesi

At the Homecare Association, I am part of a team of professionals which support and advocate for the homecare sector and provides vital services to thousands of people across the country. As the Membership Recruitment and Engagement Manager, I develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, as well as create and deliver value-added services and benefits. I have a strong background in sales and marketing, having worked in the golf industry for over four years. There, I managed and grew a large customer base and increased revenue and profitability, using my communication, problem-solving, and paid social media advertising skills. I also have a Bachelor's degree in History with Italian from the University of Southampton, where I honed my research, analytical, and language skills. I am passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results for the homecare sector.
