About Liam Porter

I would consider myself as an enthusiastic, and committed individual who strives to improve and enable people to live meaningful lives with the skills that I have obtained through my experience as an occupational therapist. I enjoy communicating and assisting others in solving problems and identifying areas for improvement. I am looking forward to utilising the skills and knowledge that I have gained from university, clinical placements and from practice to enable people to achieve life satisfaction and a higher quality of life through the use of occupational therapy as an occupational therapist. I have worked within a variety of sectors ranging from forensic mental health settings to rehabilitation in which i have developed further insight in to service structure and development within these settings and had the opportunity to see the value and importance of occupational therapy input and service focus.
