With two decades of leadership experience across government, private industry, and local government, I specialise in developing teams, streamlining operations, and driving strategic change. Currently, I lead the market access team within Biosecurity SA (PIRSA), ensuring regulatory integrity while supporting economic activity. Previously, I played a pivotal role in correctional services training, coordinating mandatory training for over 1,250 staff and improving compliance rates. My experience also spans vocational education, workforce planning, and large-scale operational management, including running a multimillion-dollar nursery production facility. My approach is strategic and pragmatic—I analyse data, identify risks, and implement solutions that balance compliance with efficiency. I’m focused on building high-performing teams, developing clear processes, and ensuring that training and operational frameworks support the staff. Beyond leadership and operations, I have a strong interest in psychology, particularly in understanding human behavior in workplace settings.
