Holding a strong teamwork ethic and over 11 years of experience within the Health and Social Care sector specialising in Adults with LD & PD. 6 years of management experience developing services and maximising potential. I’m confident using initiative to solve problems and make necessary decisions with experience of managing multiple large staff teams, rotas and all other managerial responsibilities. Including safeguards, MDTs and liaising with other heath care professionals. I hold strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective work based relationships and adapt to different situations and environments with great ease. I hold a compassionate, caring and committed nature with the ability to have a positive impact on individuals needs, lives and the services they reside in.
