Liam is a skilled psychologist with a wide range of industry experience stemming from a varied career in the mining and resources sector, rural mental health, and corporate sector. Liam has built a strong knowledge base of applied psychology through work in clinical practice, mental health training facilitation, program development and evaluation, leadership development and skill training, and critical incident response. As a Psychologist, Liam is interested in teaching leaders and teams how to better understand workplace dynamics around stress and resiliency to meet organsisational and professional goals. Based on these goals, Liam can provide evidence-based interventions to devise ways to empower teams and help them become more adaptive and flexible in the face of challenges and hardship in the workplace. Liam has been fortunate to learn from industry experts in organsisational psychology and to extend this knowledge by providing the opportunity to help companies by providing mental health training to upskill their workforce. Liam is eager to collaborate with leaders and work teams of organisations to demonstrate how measurably effective flexibility training can be on key performance indicators.
