Hello there, Thanks for stopping by. I'm Liam, and I am what is referred to as a 'turnaround professional'. It's not where I began my career, but a series of fortunate opportunities in a number of roles equipped me with an arsenal of skills that have trained me practically in assisting with the complications of managing a business, and optimising its performance. I am first and foremost a problem solver and fixer. I assist businesses in all industries in optimisation, turnaround and restructuring. I have extensive experience in human resource management, collective bargaining, labour law and in the CCMA. I entered the working world as an attorney. After putting a few years under my belt, I decided to explore another part of the world. It was shortly after my return that I decided to make a career change, which took me into the turnaround space. I now spend my days managing numerous business-related complications, assisting with, as well as facilitating, negotiations and solving legal complications that cover various areas of law. I have been an advisor on legal issues and turnaround strategy to various boards, execs, labour representatives, and CEOs for companies both large and small. I have also continued to hone my craft having read multiple qualifications within the disciplines of turnaround and insolvency. My goal?
