About Liam Thompson

I have a passion for leadership and strongly believe that a successful organisation works and operates more efficiently with a passionate and motivating leader. I pride myself on creating an environment that allows people to operate at a sustainably high level while also ensuring that positive business and personal outcomes can be achieved. I have spent the last ten years gaining valuable business experience across two leading Adelaide law firms and have complemented this experience with the completion of a Bachelor of Business (Management) degree. This real-world experience has allowed me to gain an appreciation of the complexities of the business landscape and to shape my own educated views on the best way to undertake tasks and deal with a rapidly changing world. I aim to work in organisations that strive to better the world around them and I am passionate about leading teams that demand and achieve success. Currently, I am the Business Manager at C + F Lawyers with a major focus on using technology as a means to improve efficiency, developing quality business relationships with key stakeholders and fostering a positive working environment that promotes learning with a constant desire to continue improving. The end result therefore, I believe allows us to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
