I currently live in Australia but am seeking a career opportunity as I'm set to return to the UK on 22nd September, wanting to relaunch my professional journey in a role with strong career progression. I am looking for a position where I can bring my energy, initiative, and strong work ethic to a dynamic, people-focused team. I’m a Business and Management graduate with a passion for building meaningful relationships, problem solving, delivering smooth and effective operations, and creating impactful client experiences. I’m highly motivated, adaptable, and always open to learning new skills and embracing challenges. I have spent several months travelling across South East Asia and have been living in Australia for six months. I'm currently working as an SEO Data Entry and Optimisation Contractor, managing product data and digital assets, and have also worked as a Sales Representative for HelloFresh, engaging customers through door-to-door sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment during my time in Australia. My experience within the corporate world started when I joined Miroma in 2022. I started as a Trading Operations Assistant before being promoted to Client and Operations Manager. In this role, I was the main point of contact for corporate partners and internal teams, managing client relationships, coordinating tailored events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I also oversaw purchase orders and payments, supported trading and finance functions, and played a key role in aligning client needs with business processes. My time at Miroma helped me sharpen my communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, particularly in high-pressure, client-facing environments. I take pride in being adaptable, detail-oriented, and someone who thrives in collaborative settings. I have experience in both operational and client service roles within the media agency industry, but I’m open to exploring new industries and excited about bringing my skills, experience, and drive to a fresh opportunity back home in the UK.
