About Liam Winters

I am a neuroscience student in my second year of university. I am passionate about the sciences. In fact, it was that diverse passion that drove me to pick neuroscience in the first place. It allows me to learn the principles of organic chemistry, biology, human anatomy and psychology all at once. I am driven by my desire to learn new things and to grow as a person. I have extensive experience working in science labs for my biology, chemistry and neuroscience classes. I have also performed scientific literature research on numerous occasions, both online and in the library. In my current job at the ITS help desk, I often work independently. It is up to me to make sure that I stay on-task and remain productive. I've learned diligence and time management. In my previous job at Wendy's, I had the opposite experience. There, I was just one part of a team constantly in motion. That job taught me the skills I need to be a valuable member of a team while working under pressure.
