About Liam Young

I help Australian companies find contract tech talent for when hiring permanent staff isn't an option.I'm a BD Manager at Logical, and most of my conversations are with enterprises, government agencies and private companies working on the likes of cloud migrations, ERP transformations, data platform builds, AI implementations, or cyber security upgrades. The kind of projects where you need people who've done it before and can hit the ground running. As an agency we're quite unique. We're small and lean which keeps us competitive, we pride ourselves on getting to know our candidates beyond their CVs, and we work as a team to match the right person to the right project, not just sending over the first available body.Whether you're migrating to cloud, building an AI capability, or dealing with a project that's gone sour, I can help you figure out what you need and connect you with people who've done it before. 0476946285 liam@logicalresources.comOutside of work: I'm usually learning Russian or Spanish (still terrible at both), playing poker unprofessionally, breaking more things than I'm fixing whilst trying to learn mechanics, messing around with AI, or writing and performing spoken word poetry. If any of that sounds interesting, even better reason to connect.
