About Liana D.

I have been a Project and Programs Manager for 15+ years in various industries. In my experience as a PM I have worked with companies to continue leading complex, security, IT infrastructure, SaaS implementations, SOX compliance, disaster recovery programs/creating, testing/management, DLP based projects/programs in addition to many others. All of which have been both challenging and rewarding. I focus on people when working with my teams, I believe building friendly and productive teams where transparency and respect are a paramount key to success. I have been told some of my uniqueness as a PM is my ability to understand complex problems (datasets, programs, projects, risk, security), identify solutions, then quickly leverage my team to ensure the objectives are understood and a quality path to success can be pursued. I truly believe being able to effectively communicate is one of the biggest assets you can have as a professional. I have obtained over the years an LLB, BSc. Hons, ITIL certification, Petroleum Land Administration Hons certification and my PMP.
