About Liana Lukianenko

Experienced Coordinator and Transport Manager with a strong sense of organization and proven ability to lead teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments. For over two years, I was responsible for managing logistics processes, coordinating employees and maintaining communication with clients and business partners. As a Coordinator, I ensured smooth operational flow, monitored service quality, and handled day-to-day issue resolution. The role required quick decision-making, flexibility, and effective communication – Polish, English and German. In my role as a Transport Manager, I planned and supervised transport routes, managed a fleet of vehicles, and handled transport documentation. This experience helped me develop strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to respond calmly to unexpected situations.Currently based in Germany, I am actively seeking new professional challenges. I am looking for an opportunity to grow further in the field of logistics and team management, while continuing to develop my language and intercultural skills.
