I have experience working as the Program Assistant, Judicial Information Technology Office, Administrative Assistant to the EA/Office of the Regional Senior Justice, Assistant Trial Coordinator, Administrative Assistant for the Manager of Court Operations and, Case Management Coordinator, Interpreter Coordinator, and Court and Client Services Representative in the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice; where I have familiarized myself with the laws, practices and procedures of Family & Civil Law, Small Claims and the Courts of Justice Act. I have a vast knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. The ability in obtaining diverse information. Arranging meetings and assuming responsibility for documents. The ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness; as well as a strong understanding of records management policies in the maintenance of confidential filing systems and complying with record retention schedules. I have the capability to implement human resources policies and procedures. I have comprehension of finance and accounting policies and procedures in order to produce financial reports and monitor branch budget and expenses. In addition I have working as a team leader for various projects. I attended Seneca College where I took Administrative Studies and Digital Media Arts. Where I had training in business related computer skills and acquired excellent computer and keyboarding skills. In addition, I have experience working in the Superior Court of Justice as a Family Court Registrar, where I have obtained familiarity with legal terminology, and learned how to deal well with the judiciary and legal professions. I have worked in the Civil and Family Law division of Superior Court and Ontario Court for long spans of time where I have familiarized myself with the practices and procedures of the departments.
