As Site Coordinator with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, I assisted students in the Student Success Center (An alternative to outdoor suspension program) in becoming productive and successful scholars and citizens. Utilized blended learning which included hands-on and training students on various virtual instructional platforms. This approach empowered and supported students in achieving 75% mastery in their core classes.*As Credit Recovery Facilitator in S3C (A course completion program)* Collaborated with a diverse team of creative professionals to analyze students' standardized test scores to establish measurable learning gains for grade level promotion. 80% of students were promoted yearly.* Possess strong decision making, problem solving, communication, customer service and leadership skills as Team Leader and active member of Educational Excellence School Advisory Council (EESAC). Presented and highlighted each piece of apparel that was in various designers' staging area. As was noted by a buyer, I could sell ice to an eskimo.
