I am a German-Peruvian engineer with over 13 years of international experience across Europe and Latin America. My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation, and inclusive leadership. I bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering, business administration, and management, complemented by an MBA in Energy Management. Professionally, I’ve led strategic initiatives in energy management and smart mobility, delivering impactful solutions across diverse markets. Personally, I’ve embraced global exploration—from a transformative sabbatical as a solo backpacker through Nepal, India, and Southeast Asia, to immersive travels across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America, experiences that shaped my global mindset and intercultural understanding. I also manage Acowasi, a rural guesthouse in the Peruvian Andes, focused on sustainable tourism and authentic cultural experiences. Now based in Berlin, I’m an active member of the Latino and international communities, engaging with networks that celebrate diversity and drive change.
