Successfully self-founded, run and managed the business. Achieving profitability in our first year of trading, servicing over 70 clients in a period of 4 years and hiring on a full time basis a team of five (5) creatives. Chapter 2: Navigating the Start-up terrain, a total of five employees and a total of over 70 clients later. She is an exceptional leader, who knows how to manage a team, meet expectations and deliver results that are ROI driven and sustainable. Liat’s creativity and unyielding commitment propelled the company into the spotlight of the industry, earning Sika Creative Agency a reputation for excellence winning the PRIMS Best Upcoming Creative Agency in 2022. Chapter 3: Today, she stands on the cusp of a new adventure, taking on a pivotal role as Chief Integration Officer at Sauce Advertising, Liat is tasked with bridging the gap between creativity and strategy, merging the fresh perspectives of her entrepreneurial journey with the established world of advertising.
