With a focus on supporting new mums and their networks, I aim to create a culture of understanding and empathy around maternal mental health. By educating the wider community on the impact of motherhood on mental health and empowering new mums with the tools and resources to prioritize self-care, I believe we can support a culture of work-life balance that benefits all members of society.
