Hello Everyone! I am currently working under the HR umbrella of a newly created HR Operations Division, focusing on compliance, program auditing, internal auditing, benefits, HR accounts, and HR communication. I am a current working member of creating workflows and policies/procedures. My interest in HR stems from the discipline's many aspects, such as HR Analytics, Labor-Relations, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration, Employment Law, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, and much more. I currently bring 4+ years in a blend of industries. Versed experience in employee relations, compliance, internal auditing, employment law, HR operations, HR analysis, leave administration, HR communication, and much more. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resources Management. Currently, I am an SHRM, PHR, and IFEBP Member and plan to take the SHRM-CP test in the February 2024. I look forward to bringing my expertise into the mix.
