About Libby Long

My work experiences can be divided into three main areas: Sales, Customer Service, and Youth Work and the Therapeutic Arts. I have excellent communication skills, enabling me to connect and build rapport easily with colleagues, customers, service users, and anyone with whom I might come into contact with. I work well both as part of a team and independently, and am quick to learn the daily aspects of a business. I am honest, hardworking, adaptable, and am committed to always going the extra mile. I have initiative, and work well under pressure and working to a deadline. I love working with people in any capacity, and I thrive in a multi-dimensional challenging environment. My past work experience includes New Car Salesperson for Volkswagen, a Youth Worker in a school for challenging teens, and Singing Coach, among others. Most recently I have been working in Tayto Park as a Face Painter while planning my wedding last year, and I am now part of the sales team in Joe Duffy Jaguar Land Rover. My degree was a BA in Creative Expressive Therapies, which is a psychology-based degree, using the creative arts, namely drama, music, art and dance, to work with people therapeutically. During my time I worked with children and adults with varying levels of mental, emotional and physical disabilities, inmates in a Category B prison in the UK, and school children.
