I’m excited to share that I’ve recently stepped into a new role as IT Operational Excellence Lead. In this position, I’ll be focusing on driving continuous improvement across the IT function, with a particular emphasis on resource management, supplier management, budgeting, and reporting. A key aspect of my role is efficiency planning, where I work to optimise processes and ensure that our operations are running smoothly and effectively.
