About Libby Rodriguez

As the Producing Branch Manager in our Specialty Products Division, I have vast knowledge of the production, operations, and post-closing of many unique loan products. This includes but is not limited to Residential Construction Loans, Residential Renovation Loans, Construction and Existing Purchase/Refinance of Factory Built Housing. I have managed a group of loan officers, as well as a team that facilitates the draw coordination and conversion to permanent for our construction products. I've been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years, and have been a top producing Loan Originator as well as a top producing branch. With a lending platform that allows me to originate in most of the country, I have experience with different markets and different processes depending on where in the country we are doing business. I strive to make each client's experience as smooth as possible, whether that be the borrower, agent, builder, or contractor. With processing, underwriting, and all other functions performed in house at Goldwater, I can offer my clients a more efficient and personalized experience.
