I am a lawyer by trade, teacher at heart, and leader by nature. My multifaceted career is marked by a continuous quest for knowledge, passion for problem-solving, and humble attitude that fuels my desire to help others. Throughout my professional life, I have navigated intricate legal questions, managed collaborative teams, led complex investigations, designed training programs, and contributed to the development and implementation of federal regulations and policies. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven (and sometimes high-profile), legal environment has naturally cultivated a strong work ethic and the ability to distinguish between high- and low-priority issues. I am skilled at frequent context transitions, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing cases and tasks to ensure efficient outcomes.As an experienced public speaker and educator, I pursue creative ways to dissect complex legal issues into discrete components. I have successfully designed and implemented robust training curricula for the public and private sectors and am skilled at translating new legislation, regulations, and/or policy into clear and actionable processes and advice.I have a natural ability to connect with others, understanding their strengths and unique contributions. These skills have enabled me to build effective teams of attorneys, specialists, and support staff and promote a collaborative environment where each member feels valued and challenged.
