About Liberty Munro

I am an ambitious and confident Mathematics graduate with almost 5 years of experience in Fraud investigations within the financial industry. In previous job roles, I have been able to use my analytical skills and investigative techniques to consistently uncover behaviours and patterns that indicate fraudulent activity, and make use of fraud strategies in order to protect customer accounts. My studies involved modules focusing on analysing data focussing on money mule activity, and working with companies such as Shop Direct, using software such as SAS and Python. I also developed my Microsoft Excel skills by use of pivot tables, which has made me keen to lead a career in an analyst role. My career history reflects upon my strong communication and listening skills which enable me to provide an excellent customer service experience, as well as efficient communication between all stakeholders within a company. Teamwork has been a crucial skill in both my studies and past job roles- I enjoy working with others by sharing ideas, helping, and respecting one another.
