From developing a high-protein, plant-based milk alternative for kids,"Pea-chata," to rigorous research on soy proteins, my journey has been driven by a desire to enhance food products not just for taste, but for health and sustainability. My academic and professional experiences have been centered around applying scientific principles to solve real-world problems. For instance, the creation of "Pea-chata," through my internship with EIT Foods, not only showcased my project management skills but also my ability to contribute to sustainable food solutions. My research on soy protein textures offers groundbreaking insights into plant-based dietary alternatives. Beyond the lab and production environments, my role at Home Bargains and previous leadership as a production supervisor have refined my abilities in team collaboration and operational management.
