About Libor Komarek

I am Libor, a guide in organizational development and change. I am a work psychologist and coach. I help companies achieve their set goals, improve their performance, overcome barriers, change, and innovate their internal operations and culture. In my work, I combine knowledge and skills from the fields of psychology, reflective learning, coaching, and design. I view organizations through the lens of self-determination theory of needs, human-centered design, and business game design. This helps me create an environment that supports active employee engagement and brings about lasting changes. I will be happy to be your partner on the journey towards an environment that supports autonomy, growth, and harmonious relationships, and for which no one has to pay a high price in terms of their capacities.
