As a Validation Manager at MG Health Limited, I coordinate the qualification and validation activities of facilities, utilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance to EU cGMP standards and regulations. I have successfully led multiple validation projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and with high quality. I have a strong background in quality assurance, having worked as a Deputy QA Manager and an Assistant QA Manager at MG Health, where I supported the implementation and improvement of the quality management system, conducted self-inspections, and managed deviations and CAPAs. I also have experience in packaging and production, where I supervised and trained staff, maintained SOPs, and optimized workflows. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from National University of Lesotho, where I also worked as a tutor for first year chemistry students. I have obtained several certifications in communication, emotional intelligence, lean six sigma, and inclusive leadership, which have enhanced my skills and knowledge in these areas. I am passionate about learning, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to apply these values to my work and professional development.
