About Lida Bonner

I focus my practice on real estate litigation and contract review, corporate disputes, and breach of contract. Additionally, I provide client financial reorganization assistance, debt negotiation, and management of debt collection, including preparation of demand letters. I have decades of experience in business contract negotiation on behalf of individuals, short sale negotiations for individuals, and annual tax appeals. I also have over 15 years experience in the field of sales, management and sales marketing, with broad-based success in supporting major sales and marketing initiatives of fortune 100 companies in the financial services arena, as well as experience in sales and marketing operations, print production, direct mail and fundraising. I have been responsible for sales and marketing, and operational strategies, as well as strategic planning, RPF and Audit response and corporate compliance filings. I am a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, with an AB in English and a minor in mathematics. I am also a graduate of The Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where I earned a JD, and am currently barred in the District of Columbia and the state of Pennsylvania.
