I’m a quality professional with a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, and production environments, particularly within regulated industries. My focus is on improving processes, strengthening quality systems, and ensuring products meet both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.In my current role as a QA/QC Officer in the medical device sector, I support compliance with MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and MDSAP requirements. I carry out internal audits, develop and improve SOPs, manage supplier quality issues, and analyse quality data to identify trends and risks. One of my recent achievements was improving the MRB process, which reduced the MRB value by 65%, helping improve stock control and cash flow.Throughout my career I’ve worked closely with production, logistics, customer service, and suppliers to solve problems and drive improvements. I enjoy taking a practical approach to quality — whether that means implementing AQL inspection processes, leading supplier visits, or supporting teams to improve how they work day to day.Before moving fully into quality roles, I spent several years leading production teams in manufacturing environments. Managing teams of up to 40 people taught me the importance of clear communication, strong organisation, and building a culture where quality and accountability are part of everyday work.
