About Lidia Tralli

Strategic and Service Designer with more than 15 years of experience in service design and design research. One of the pioneer of the discipline in Italy, she worked to promote the practice of service design and had the chance to work across many industries: retail, healthcare, financial services, utilities and mobility services. She took care of leading business and digital transformation projects always championing the human centric perspective and always working in strict collaboration with clients and SMEs in order to co-create real innovations tailor made for each specific organisation. Core skills: Combined experience of consultancy and design practice: leveraging service design she builds a customer centric culture, working at the intersection between experience and business and help creating strategic alignment with key client stakeholders. Innovation powered by Data and Research: expert in different research techniques to understand user’s experience, strengths and weaknesses, explicit or latent needs and combining it with trends and future scenarios analysis to distill insights and action plan to define viable innovative transformation programs. Collaboration: using participatory design techniques to increase internal collaboration, buy-in and commitment from C-levels. She is used to lead and coach teams and she believes in collaborative and open workplaces.
