About Lidia Verdusco

I have three years of customer service experience. Two out of the three years, I have been in the retail business. I learned to effectively communicate with customers when it comes to promotions as well as specific services they need. Throughout this, I also communicate with my superiors when there is an issue with our promotions and/or customers.I have been volunteering since I was in high school. Most of the volunteer work I did was park and recreational area clean ups my hometown offered as well as assisted in school events. My most recent and most memorable volunteering I have done is participating in the mentor-ship of a student in the Big Brother Big Sister Organization of Orange County and the Inland Empire. I have been paired up with my little sister for a little over a year. I am able to guide her towards what will be the best option for her.
