About Lien Tran

Ten years as a digital marketer, ad tech expert, and sales leader. Extensive experience at Google working with the world’s largest brands in CPG, mid-market businesses in e-commerce and technology partners. I partner with C-suite to develop marketing and media strategies that drive top-line growth. With deep experience in both brand and performance marketing, I am a trusted advisor for Google's clients. In the past, I have driven Retail Media Network partnerships, negotiated complex deals with strategic OEM and technology partners, and worked cross-functionally with product, engineering and legal teams to finalize deals. Developing high performance sellers is a passion of mine. I have mentored, onboarded, and evaluated sellers, with a deep understanding of the ruthless prioritization and hunger for data needed to excel in media. Away from work I lean into my artistic side, including creative writing. I have mentored young students and have taken part in numerous DEI initiatives, from programs to support startups to STEM promotion for girls.
