Lien gained extensive experience as a consultant and project manager in the healthcare sector. She has an in-depth knowledge of various processes and departments within hospitals, such as pharmacy, laboratory, operating theatre, consultation and the oncology day hospital. She has built up knowledge about both department-specific processes and organisation-wide topics such as personnel planning, financial flows, tools and systems and strategy and networking. She strengthens this knowledge with her experience in pharmaceutical and medtech companies.
